"It went great. My house was on the market at that time and I needed my roof fixed right away. I got estimates and he came in with the best price. He said that he would be able to get to it the following week, which he did and that was one of the things that stood out to me. The other thing that stood out was that he called me and I didn't know he was at the house at that time. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and switch out one of the boots on the roof because it was going to be changed. I did ask him to look at the roof and I told him that I would like him to do that. When I went by the house, there wasn't anybody there and I could tell that no one had been there to work on the roof yet. When I talked to one of my neighbors, they said that he was there two days ago. Other than the roof doesn't leak anymore, there was no evidence that he had been there. The crew completely cleaned up everything and they were in and out in an afternoon. I called them and he came out the very next day to give me an estimate and he was out three days later to fix the roof. "It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. The guys were professional and polite, Dan checked over everything when the job was completed to insure it was up to standard, and encouraged me to call him at any time if I have questions or concerns.
