"I needed a retaining wall built on my ravine. I contacted Ken Mathis at Creative Dreamscapes Plus to build it. He also agreed to pressure wash my house, porches and stain a new deck. He also also painted my porches. He listed a fair price. In the meantime I decided to have my house inspected to make sure everything was okay. The home inspector gave me a booklet of all the issues that needed attention. I was apprehensive about hiring different workers to do the various jobs since I have been overcharged a number of times in the past 2 years. I am a 81 year old woman. I asked Ken if he would be able to repair everything on the list. He said yes and I was so relieved and appreciative. Ken Mathis employees Robert and Grady and their crew did outstanding work. I couldnt have been more pleased. They were competent, professional , punctual and polite."

"Out of all the home improvement contractors I've hired and worked with, Claudio and All About Pavers is my favorite. Here is what sets this company apart: Claudio, the owner, personally cares. He answers his phone, text messages and emails. He personally quickly calls back. And while scheduling is always tough - material availability, weather, work crews - he really delivers on the final product. We had some very detailed and non-standard 3-D paver work down on circular and arched steps, and while we had to closely monitor the crews executing the work, when things were wrong or sub-standard, Claudio made sure the corrections were made. His crews are all upbeat and work HARD throughout the project, but be prepared since many will not speak English well. At the same time, they are certainly willing to listen and understand the needs of the customer. If there was only a single beef I could offer, is that the cleanup crews could do a better job, especially concerning leftover concrete. "Both jobs were done to very high standards. 1) The covered patio is 15X30, has stucco pillars, included electrical work to install lights, outlets and ceiling fans. This also included matching to the existing stucco. This project was structural and while the 3 sides are open it is considered to be a 3 season room. This job was approx $20K 2) I had a series of arches and pillars that separated the family room from the kitchen. The pillars were carrying the load for the 2nd story. They had to remove the arches and pillars and replace with a steel beam, move the electrical and HVAC and then all the drywall work after the fact. This was approx $11K Both projects went very well, and I would hire Rob again!"

We purchased granite slabs from Hard Rock and also had them install the new countertops in our kitchen. <br /> <br /> It was a very good experience all around. The price (for about 64 sq. feet of counterspace) was excellent and included a new undermount double sink. "The were very prompt in the morning and got the trees cut down very quickly.  They layed the trees down where I wanted them and cut a couple of them up so they would not block my driveway.  They did not however bring out a special machine which I was told is why it cost more to take the trees down.  I am not too happy since I paid for a service which was not provided and not offered a return of some of my money since those services were not used. <br />"
