"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"My grandson flushed his little yellow bus down the toilet Friday afternoon. I called several plumbers in the area. By late Saturday afternoon I had only 1 returned call saying they could come out Monday morning. A friend suggested I call Gentille Plumbing and Heating. I called them and they said they could come early Sunday morning. Ryan arrived promptly as promise and quickly determine how to approach the issue and retrieved the little yellow bus. Cleanup was quick and pricing fair. Ryan was professional , friendly and was on his way within 45 minutes of arrival. Thank You Gentille Plumbing and Heating"

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Within hours of my inquiry on a Saturday, Bill was out to my house to assess my needs. I needed a new water heater and my AC repaired. I knew I would be looking at a lot of money, because I had other quotes. His price was amazing and the job was completed in less than a week! I would highly recommend this company."

"I hired them for a plumbing project worth $2,500 (that option wasn’t available in the dropdown list), and the experience was excellent. From the front desk to the plumbers, everyone responded promptly and professionally. I had the chance to interact with several crew members, and each one showed genuine care and a strong commitment to customer service. The plumbing team did a great job—I would highly recommend them."

"By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. The price was very reasonable too, regardless of the circumstances. Two thumbs up and five stars."

"Trust 1 Services did an excellent job fixing our plumbing issue. The technician was professional, friendly, and completed the work quickly. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing customer service with scheduling a quick service call when my AC system stopped working. Got an appointment booked on the same day. The service technicians arrived on time, were kind and courteous, got the unit up and running, answered all my questions professionally and provided some guidance on follow up service. I would highly recommend Proto Home Service Plumbing & HVAC!"
