He evaluated the large wasted attic space for repurposing since we weren't allowed by the City to add it to the house footprint. He built a 2nd living room, still leaving a small attic space for storage. They also completely transformed the main bathroom having outdated (1994) jet tub, shower, and lack of storage, into every square foot, purposeful (and beautiful). To date, they redid our small bathroom fiberglass tub/shower into a tiled shower enclosure with a low entry for easy entry. His knowledge and skills of his crew amaze us every time, always exceeding our expectations."

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
