"My understanding is that the guy that came out to install my new toilet and bidet has actually had more experience with commercial plumbing but you would never know it. He was very personable. Showed up a few minutes late but called and let me know he was running behind and then showed up when he said he would. Very conscientious. Seemed to know what he was doing with the bidet install even though it doesnâ t seem that would be typical for a plumber. Made sure everything worked as it should and then cleaned up after such that my wife couldnâ t even tell work had been done. His prices seemed reasonable. I have him scheduled to replace a water heater soon and just as an example his price is significantly less than the other two bids I got. And Iâ m not sure who it was that called but a few days later a woman called to see if I had had a good experience. Needless to say I answered YES!!"

"This was a simple hose leak under kitchen sink. Plumber made an appointment on Saturday between 10 and 12 and did not show up on time, without giving notice. After calls from me, he eventually made it in over an hour late. At that point, he did not do anything - he said he needed to custom order a sprayer hose and will call me Monday with pricing and to schedule. Today it's Friday, leak still going under sink, and still no call, despite messages left to him. My tenant is very irritated, and I am hiring someone else."

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."
