"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"My understanding is that the guy that came out to install my new toilet and bidet has actually had more experience with commercial plumbing but you would never know it. He was very personable. Showed up a few minutes late but called and let me know he was running behind and then showed up when he said he would. Very conscientious. Seemed to know what he was doing with the bidet install even though it doesnâ t seem that would be typical for a plumber. Made sure everything worked as it should and then cleaned up after such that my wife couldnâ t even tell work had been done. His prices seemed reasonable. I have him scheduled to replace a water heater soon and just as an example his price is significantly less than the other two bids I got. And Iâ m not sure who it was that called but a few days later a woman called to see if I had had a good experience. Needless to say I answered YES!!"

"Immediately responded to schedule appointment and friendly. Technician was helpful with an estimate and quickly replaced the faulty expansion tank. However, the amount of communication by phone and text from the dispatch was on the verge of nagging and the tech cancelled the appointment the morning of. Got rescheduled and it worked out though. "Pinpoint re-graded and re-graveled my driveway, using a laser to accurately slope the drive, so water would drain away from the house. Re-grading involved excavation of the old gravel (to lower the drive), removal of some large rocks which were encountered, and hauling away of all the excavated material. New gravel was then spread and compacted. I am completely happy with the work and Pinpoint. Pinpoint was professional, with good equipment, arrived on time, did what they said they would do, completed the work promptly, didn't leave a mess, and provided a great looking job. I would definitely hire Pinpoint again. "
