Since 1987, Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning has served thousands of customers throughout the Puget Sound. We offer a variety of home comfort products including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, hydronic heating systems, active air purifiers, and gas water heaters. "Our initial conversations and periodically throughout the process were with Russ Eagle, who was the person giving us our estimate and answering some of our questions, but had nothing to do with the actual installation. He was a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to help us. This is where the smoothness ended. The initial installation failed inspection for multiple reasons and delayed startup in this summer's peak temperatures. A leak dropped the pressure in the line to zero and gave our basement a funny smell for 24 hours (told this was not harmful to us). The floor of our laundry room where the AC was connected to the furnace was stained with bright purple liquid droplets. We were not home at the time of installation so we used a lockbox to give them access to a key. When we got home the front door was left unlocked and the side gate of our enclosed yard (we have two dogs) was left open. Due to how inspections happen, a technician has to be rescheduled once you pass, so we were not able to use our AC for about a week after passing inspection. This may be the same for other companies, I really don't know, but this delay was frustrating after already being delayed due to a failed inspection. Overall the process was not an enjoyable one. We did end up with a nice quiet unit and have had no further problems since the original issues were addressed. If it were not for Russ Eagle our ratings would have been lower."

"Awesome job and service from Seatown. I called Seatown after looking at the reviews online. My main breaker had tripped several times over the course of a month, very concerning since I knew my 82 year old house had knob and tube wiring. For the initial assessment, Craigan W. came out and explained that my house only had 100 amps coming in. I really had no idea what that meant and Craigan took the time to tell me about the amp usage for the major appliances. Apparently, using the washer, dryer, oven and dishwasher at the same time was taxing my system to the limit. Craigan went through the house, noting items that were not up to code and reviewing my options with me. He was very thorough and professional. Although it was very expensive, I decided to have the whole house rewired along with updating the breaker box/increasing the amps to 200. The next step was the installation. The installation team consisted primarily of Kurt Hodge and Tyler. On the first day, they walked through the house and garage and explained how the work would proceed. Kurt and Tyler were a great team. They work so well together and worked solidly every day. There was no downtime for them - they were working hard every day. Each evening they would clean up, pack up the trash and vacuum up what they could. They would review with me what they did that day, and what they were going to work on the next day. The job was scheduled for 9 days but they completed it a day ahead of time. Part of this might have been the extra help they had a few of the days from another Tyler and someone else whose name I don't remember. All of them were great, very friendly, patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process, and always wore masks. I would highly recommend the whole team, especially Kurt and Tyler. Also, a shout out to the office staff. I spoke with a number of different people at the office and was so impressed with how friendly they were. Kudos."
