"I called Rescue Rooter to come out and clear out a blockage in my sewer line. Chad and Albert came out quickly and got to work. They also put a camera down into the sewer line and had me watch as they went through the line. I saw the various problems in our one hundred year old sewer line. They spent a good deal of time examining the sewer line and also identifying the spot where it becomes a shared line with our neighbor. They presented a number of options of how to repair the deteriorating sewer line along with the different prices for that work. Chad and Albert both explained the different options clearly to my wife and I. They were very friendly and professional."

"We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. He also took the time to explain and answer questions about potential upgrades as my partner wants to upgrade the hot water tank. He outlined different product options and explained with great knowledge and detail the differences between the products. I would highly recommend this company. If we get the home we will definitely be having this company come back and preform the necessary work that is needed for our new home."

I chose repair, which was completed quickly and now my toilet is working again. I chose to go with a repair rather than replacement (although that was my first choice), as the replacement price from Hart s for their most basic model standard flush toilet and installation was exorbitant. I was quoted almost $1100. A decent, dual flush, low flow toilet can be purchased at Home Depot for less than $150. Two hours of standard plumbing should run no more than $180, according to my research. If you do the math, you will see why I won t be going to Harts for any of my future plumbing needs."
