Vladimir called 24 hours later to check in with me as I was at work-with review his recommendations. Price was very reasonable in comparison to other plumbers. Having moved to this area recently I have been surprised with the general attitude of many potential contact service companies. The service provided by AWP was a significant contrast. There is a good chance we might build a home and I have no doubt that we will call Vladimir."

"I am so glad I hired Pacific Water Damage!  First, let me say that Mr Ruban Logan is absolutely one of the nicest people I've ever met. He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany.  Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it.  It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it.  When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose? Maybe it can be fixed, and I took a chance. Mr Logan came out on a Saturday for me, took a look, saw what needed to be done to fix it, and just like magic, he made it happen.  I am so pleased.  I never dreamed it would look this good ever again!  Mr Logan is a gem!  He was kind, thoughtful, punctual, and professional. I highly recommend him and his work!

Donny contacted me within minutes of submitting my request through Angie's list and was on site later the same day to assess and begin repairing. He was sure to keep me informed as to what the core issue and solutions were. I used a competing company prior who misdiagnosed and incorrectly installed parts, which Donny identified immediately. If you're looking for reliability and honesty in a business, this is the guy! He is now my go-to with any plumbing projects I have in the future."

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."
