I called at 12:30 PM and Lamont was at our home by 3:00 PM. Our water heater clearly needed to be replaced. Lamont could easily have told us that the tank needed to be replaced, and charge us for a new tank. Given the massive amount of water coming from the unit, we would not have known any different. Instead, he went out of his way to phone the manufacturer to see if the unit was still under warranty. It turns out it was, and we ended up with a brand new water heater for a fraction of the expected cost. The job was finished by 6:00 PM. Lamont was professional, punctual, and friendly. "Spa was leaking badly. Kyle showed up quickly and was able to identify that the heater was bad and also the jet pumps were leaking. He promptly drained the tub, removed the heater and pumps, and took the pumps to rebuild and helped me order the correct heater. Came back the following week after the new heater came in and installed it and the rebuilt pumps, and the spa is as good as new. He now comes every two weeks to help out with getting the chemicals balanced properly, and the spa water has never looked better. Friendly, professional service at a very affordable price."
