"When I am having work done on my home, I want folks that are knowledgeable, reliable, and punctual. I had a REALLY good experience with Zavza Seal. They are an incredibly well-run organization. Before any work is done they provide you with a PDF estimate with photos and detailed descriptions of the work being done. You then receive an invoice (that agrees to that estimate) payable by checking or credit card (via Quick books). Their billing department is separate from their workers, and all workers were supervised by a manager who was also responsible for doing the estimate.
