They were awesome.

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.

I spoke with the company president who answered all my questions. Compared to other companies that install windows and doors, Window Source didn't use any high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks and offered very fair upfront pricing. The installation was scheduled in advance and the crew arrived on-time (actually a little early) and quickly got to work. They removed the old door/framing, installed the new framing and door and cleaned up in only about 2 hours. The new door looks great, closes smoothly and seals tightly. When he came to provide an estimate he actually got up on the roof and gave me a quote on the spot. They ran into a few rainy days and some obstacles, but kept us in the loop.
