"This is my THIRD time using Stan Roberts for renovation. I first had my carpet replaced with wood floors. And then a kitchen reno and now a bathroom reno. Renovations can be very messy and disruptive and I work with Stan because he is meticulous in the care he gives so to leave your home as clean and in order as possible. And he uses the best of materials and is a perfectionist which is what you want for a renovation. He returns to fix anything not quite right and totally stands by his work. He also is just a good guy with a great laugh. Stan is the best!"

Stacy Callahan (Owner) was wonderful in the prep process. Mr. Callahan walked through the areas I was looking to remodel, asked questions and made helpful recommendation. The price quoted for tiling floors in one full bath, one half bath and a laundry room was excellent and the quality of the work outstanding. The owner was very helpful as well in giving input on flooring  options and other local businesses that I could visit for making my selections.

My family and I were very pleased. The team arrived punctually each morning ad worked consistently throughout the day. The window was during the holidays and the Callahan Construction team was excellent about avoiding (to the degree possible ) other activities in progress.

"Gary was very easy to work with and listened to what I wanted and adapted to the changes I made to the original design. He was able to give me a quote for the job and except for the changes we made, and a couple of unexpected fixes due to damage already existing within the walls, we stayed on target with the original quote. Gary's crew was professional and polite and easy to have around every day. They would consult with me on things if there was a question regarding the way I wanted it done. Gary and his crew were very mindful of our wood floors and made sure to protect them throughout the process. The overall project took less time than expected since we didn't have any major issues arise. It also helped that we had all the new appliances on hand so they could measure and make sure everything would fit properly. I had a design in my head and Gary and his crew made it come to life. These people came into my
home to create a bathroom out of a mess. 
We had to completely gut the bath that contained an old garden tub and
really bad cabinets.  After clearing the
mess Dream Renovations began to build a beautiful walk in shower and bath area
with everything we desired.  They
constructed a linen closet, new cabinets, stripped off old wall paper and did
interior design as well as construction. 
The owner, Cane Caldwell is
basically an artist with a sense of perfection. If you are like me and do not
see a finished product with construction, you can rest in Cane?s ability to do
so.  If there is something along the way
that you want to change they are very accommodating with that also.  Let me just say that I have a dream new bath.
I also want to comment on the
character of Mr. Caldwell who has a sense of responsibility and integrity.  He did everything we ask while doing his best
to keep to the time we requested. 
Renovations can be hard to predict since there is always the possibility
of the unexpected.  We sailed through a
couple of those with a great attitude and sense of responsibility from this
business.
