He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
