He came out the next day with another part and replaced the condenser.  We just had to pay a $100 tray fee as it was covered under warranty.  We didn't have to pay their charges.  He was great.  He was a very nice person who diagnosed the problem right away.  He told us what we needed and when we would have it.  His disposition was very nice.  He was somewhat witty as well.
