"We hired Luis Carrasco of Arbors and Patios to replace the walkway and front porch at our house in January 2021. We chose him because he had done a good job laying pavers in our rear patio a few years ago. This time we wanted decorative concrete and a larger porch. His crew began the job in early February, removing the old concrete, laying forms and pouring concrete for two sets of steps, a new path and the porch. Unfortunately, winter storms delayed the staining and completion of the project until early March. We were satisfied with the results except for one mistake -- a large, shoe-shaped stain on the sidewalk by the walkway. The stain could not be washed off or erased. Two months later, in mid May, a large crack appeared above the steps, crossing the entire width of the walkway. We were concerned that it might grow larger so we asked Luis to have someone seal the crack. Despite assurances by e-mail that he would send a crew to take care of it, nothing happened for weeks. At last, on June 24, while we weren't home, someone from Arbors and Patios applied a filler. The work was not perfect (the crack is still noticeable on one side) but we were satisfied."

"My husband and I had discussed getting a new fence installed since we purchased our home back in 2012. Finally the time came where we were ready to commit and get it done. Clayton had come out to the house a couple times for an estimate over the years and was always pleasant and patient. February this year he and his team came out and to say we are graciously impressed is an understatement. From the quality of their work, to their professionalism, I just can’t speak highly enough of the team. We have quite a large yard but they still tried to tackle it in two days and were on pace to do so but then there was a minor setback (at no fault of theirs) so they came back on a Saturday morning, in 32 degree weather mind you, to finish the job. "Brent was running a few minutes late but called to let me know so it wasn't a problem.  He replaced several sprinkler heads that either weren't working or weren't working well for their location.  He identified the problem with a zone that wasn't working and fixed that.  He also found a leak that we hadn't know about and fixed that as well.  Brent seems very knowledgeable and I will use his services again.

"Our new fence looks awesome.  Our gate is now functional.  The fence installers were very professional and arrived on schedule and completed the project quickly.  Sean, the owner, was great to work with. The company provided a quick and fair quotation using photos and measurements that I provided of the deck along with a description of the services I was requiring.  Upon my acceptance of the quote, the work was scheduled that week.

When the technician arrived, he assessed that due to the previous staining job being performed on wet pressure treated wood that we would need to use a different type of stain product than was originally quoted.  The difference in price was ~$50 and we mutually agreed to the change in scope.

The technician performed the cleaning on the first day.  The cleaning consisted of a blower to remove any large debris and a pressure wash with a cleaning solution.

The staining occurred on day two and was applied with a gas-powered sprayer.  We had chosen a Sherman Williams Solid Color Traditional Russet Superdeck Stain.  As Good As New offered a 3 year warranty for this product.

Upon completion, the technician and I walked the job and looked for missed spots.  We found none.  He then gave detailed instructions on how to care for the new stain and told me to call if we had any issues during the warranty period.

Overall a very positive experience with As Good As New.
