Since I was so pleased with the work previously done I called Clayton again and asked him to replace/stain a fence one one side of the yard on a rental property I own. The property was vacant at the time so there was nobody there to provide direction or "supervise" the project. Clayton and his crew came on the day they told me and did a great job. By the time the fence was ready to stain I had a tenant in the house. I was concerned about the coordination between Clayton and the tenant to have access to the yard but everything worked out.
