"We had 3 estimates done on replacing the siding on our 2-story chimney. It had been damaged by squirrels who had taken up residence (we had our exterminator come and clear out the nest and patch the holes, but the siding itself was damaged). Robert was the first one to respond, the first one to submit an estimate (it was submitted the day after the request was made...one of the other estimates didn't come in until almost a week later!), and provided us with an estimate that was significantly below the other two that came in. He was professional and understanding of our need for an accelerated timeline (the property standards "police" in our neighborhood are vigilant, and we didn't want a citation!), the crew was great, Robert's communication was top-notch, and we're VERY pleased with the experience from start to finish!"

Mr. Barber was prompt, professional, and very thorough. His painting work was very good. He takes great pride in his work. Other than using an assistant to wash the surfaces to be painted, he performed all of the work himself. The work consisted of cleaning the surfaces to be painted, preparation work (which took the most time), including caulking (including replacing old caulk around windows), sanding, repairing some areas in which the wood had rotted or had been chewed up by squirrels, or had cracked in the sun. He was diligent, and worked pretty much nonstop while here, and worked from the time he arrived until close to dark each evening. His breaks were modest in frequency and length. Since the painting was completed, the house, which had not been painted in several years, has looked much better.

From start to finish, his work took about 6 days. The first day consisted of cleaning. Days 2-5 consisted of prep work; he began painting during Day 5 and finished on Day 6. The work took a little longer than expected due to some portions of the woodwork that required more repair than originally anticipated; the scope of the repair did not become apparent until the old paint had been removed.

His price was very reasonable; the price included the cost of paint and other materials he used in the job. The price matched his estimate.

As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.
