"From the start Sean was great. He took one look at the bathroom and recommended a plan - which was executed swiftly and smoothly. The bathroom needed to be fully gutted and built back up with a complete change to the bathtub/shower area. Given the extent of the project I thought it would take much longer than the 5 weeks Sean said - and it was done in exactly that time frame. Sean was so easy going and respectful of the house and our family's schedule, never intrusive and got along with both our dog and our 4 year old. Additionally, we only have the one bathroom so that complicated things a bit but we were only put out one day while the floor set. Overall, the experience was great and I will call Sean up when I'm ready to do any other remodeling project!"

The quality of the work is exceptional—everything looks polished and feels durable. Communication was somewhat challenging. It was difficult to find a suitable time to connect and discuss the project in detail within my work hours and the hours they have available. Additionally, the final inspection took longer than expected to schedule. I had to personally reach out to coordinate a time that would work and had the expectation that someone would reach out within the next few weeks after the renovations.
