He meticulously sealed all the leakage areas in the attic, replaced and re-vented the bathroom exhaust fan and blew in new insulation. The attic R-value probably doubled. The roofing crew ( 5 guys) arrived around 5:30 and virtually attacked the garage roof. Within two hours, they had stripped off all the old material and replaced it with new paper and shingles. They were neat, clean and picked up all residue from the shingling. The gutter guy did an excellent job, was diligent and detailed in hanging the gutters and installing the gutter covers. "In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover. In May of 2017 it was apparent the new cover was clogged. I looked up the invoice and it was noted that there is a 10 year no clog warranty, Jackpot! I contacted ARC, they sent out a technician the next day. He unclogged the offending gutter cover and inspected the others. He stated that as much as he would like to sell additional covers, the other gutters were just fine as they are."
