"Vincent showed up on time. I was a little surprised that no supplies where brought with, even though I had told the office person what needed to be done on the phone. After assessing the job, he said he had to go to the store to get the materials. It took almost 2 hours to return with the supplies, which to me seemed a bit long given ther e is a Menards and 2 Home Depots within 10 minutes of my house.
When he returned, he got to work right away and it took about 2 hours to get the gas line and water line run through the floor. He was enough patience to answer my 4.5 year old sons 342 questions while he worked. Vincent showed me the work and informed how the appliance installation would work.
Other than the length of time it took to get the materials, the only other issue I had was the mess up stairs from when the holes were drilled. It was left there on the kitchen floor.
other than that, Vincent was very nice and seemed to do a good job.
