"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Bernie Jones had detailed and measured drawings and detailed prices when he presented his estimate. All contractors were excellent, professional and on the job as promised and any questions were answered promptly. Everything that was promised, was delivered. A pleasure to have them in my home. 5 years later, there have been no problems. Bernie is always available to answer any questions. Two of my neighbors, after seeing our remodel, have also had their kitchens remodeled. Our son has had work don in his 1931 home in Minneapolis. I would not hesitate to use them again."

This project was on time, on budget, and we are thrilled with the results. Mike's team found some structural issues in the breezeway remodel that were not apparent before demolition and when he contacted me with the bad news, he already had several options, estimated costs, and had consulted with the city inspector to ensure the options would work. He was on top of things throughout the remodel. Mike is very professional himself, and he has a great group of people working with him. They did a good job keeping the space clean at the end of the day, respecting our living space, and paying attention to quality workmanship. His pricing was comparable to the other contractors that provided bids, but he really put in the up-front work to ensure the project would go smoothly, and it did. Once it was all said and done, I couldn't have been happier with the result and the overall process. I would definitely hire Mike again, and I have already recommended him to several friends for their projects."
