"Our freezer was cooling but not freezing. It was the beginning of a 90° week and the middle of the pandemic. There were no freezers for sale anywhere. Called a couple other companies and the best was one could come out four days later (a Friday) to do a diagnosis and schedule a repair (probably the following week.) Called Appliance Care and Chris stopped by on his way home. Saw it was the fan motor, got it running, and then went to Minneapolis the next day to get a replacement and came back and put it in. Not counting motor cost, I paid $10 more than the diagnosis was going to cost me. Motor was reasonable also."
