"I bought the deal off of Angie's List of the $99 Faucet Installation.  I needed to replace the tub handles and spout (I provided the new ones). I didn't want to deal with this myself, as it seems I always make it worse than how it started originally!  The guy showed up (sorry, can't remember name!), and he was very polite, thorough, and did the job very quickly.  He could have done a better job caulking, as the old stuff was still on the tub/walls and wasn't removed.  Overall, was very pleased and would use them again.

They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. They fold up the carpets and they brought in their heavy duty fans and have it in place in 48 hours. They have it dry with no residual mildew or any problems like that and it helped to minimize wall problems and stuff. It was great."

"They painted the Windows, Storms, Fascia, Trim, wrought iron railings, and even the chimney that needed about 3 fresh coats (and made it look amazing!) all exterior. They also painted a couple rebuilt interior windows.  Very nicely done.
Daren runs the show and is a good communicator.  They did what they said they would do and stuck to the budget discussed.
His pricing was reasonable and they were very detail oriented which was a requirement.  The job took a little longer than expected due to cold weather, but it was finished as soon as the weather cooperated.

"AC went out during a heat wave. Filled out the home advisor request at 5am and got a call from the shop 30min later saying they could come out that morning. Loved the responsiveness. Technician determined the blower motor was dead and replaced it as well as looked over the AC unit itself. Cost of parts was standard and cost of labor was very reasonable. Was treated very well in a time of desperation."

"What they actually cleaned, they cleaned well.  Left many things undone, and unacceptable shortcuts taken.  Did not clean under beds.  Anything on the floor was piled on top of the beds, including trash, and left there.  Stuff left on the floor under beds, by walls and nightstands.  Some sections of furniture were not touched as far as dusting.  1 entire wall unit/bookshelf in the living room was not touched.  Cobwebs in several corners remained.  Stove and fridge were done well.  A team of 3 was there for 3 hours, yet I was charged for 10 or 11 hours.
