ACE came out and after having no success with standard procedures and sending a camera down (which we viewed), it was obvious that our 27 year old plumbing needed a major clean out. They gave us a quote, which we accepted, and sent out Juan Fuentes and his partner and they were amazing. The clogs were tougher than expected, but they went the extra mile and worked tirelessly for hours to clear those lines. They even went and got another machine to help with the issue. Juan made sure every line in the house was cleared and we saw the camera footage to prove it. What a difference from the original images we saw!!!
