The newly installed toilet is now leaking and wobbling ? problems that never existed before their involvement. I am in a worse position than when I started, and the work this company was paid to perform is directly responsible. When I reached out to report these issues, I received no response. Multiple attempts to contact them have been met with complete silence. A company that was quick to collect payment has shown zero accountability when it comes to standing behind their work.
