Corrected the issue with the previous install where the hinges of the ladder were not flush with each other when fully extended that likely lead to the stairs failing/breaking. He even graciously disposed of the broken stairs and frame. Would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him for any projects you may have."

He aligned an exterior balcony door that wouldn't close and lock properly. He fixed a closet door that was falling out of the railings. He caulked around the kitchen.
