"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

They went over in great detail the product (windows) and what features were available. The windows were ordered, the prices were detailed and explained carefully. This was the only area that was a little disappointing, It took approx. 5 weeks from the estimate to delivery - it was special ordered and custom made at the factory to our exact measurements so was understandable. The wait was well worth it, the windows are wonderful! This company is professional, efficient, courteous and has great windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for work, looking forward to working with them again."
