That is fine in most instances. However, not many have the knowledge or experience to actually repair a part that has gone bad. It makes sense to do that in some instances. Dave has done that for us when needed. He "grew up" among appliances and so has the knowledge to actually fix things when warranted. I can not recommend him highly enough. I am not one to give compliments easily but in his case, it is well earned."

"Wayne provided good, thorough service. Unfortunately the diagnosis was a bad condenser. I did not wish to replace the part at a cost of $1400 for the refrigerator that sits in the garage. He put me in contact with someone who will remove the old one for free and who also has refurbished or scratch/dent appliances that comes with a 1-year warranty. I call that going above and beyond what turned out to be a diagnostic service call. I will keep his name and number for the next time I need appliance repair work."
