"Good service, but didn't repair the washer as the cost to replace the drain pump assembly was almost as high as the cost of a replacement machine. Went with a new machine."

"Mason, with Appliance Wizardz, did an excellent job repairing our dryer. He was on time, thorough and charged a fair and reasonable price. We will use him again."

"Our tech was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He worked very clean and left the area clean when he was done. They called before the showed up and were right in the time windows they said they would be. I was having a issue with my washer not filling all the way and after I determined it was not a pressure issue or a clogged hose I knew I need a little help. They were able to troubleshoot and solve the problem very quickly. I would recommend CPC Appliance repair for all my appliances issues."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Two thumbs up ?? If I had another thumb I’d put that one up too! Jeff is such a knowledgeable professional, and he is a straight shooter. He walked us through our refrigerator repair and explained things about it to us that have been a mystery since we bought it. He even gave us some tips for how to make our dishwasher work better! Great guy, great experience. I’ll call him any time we need appliance repair or even advice for buying new appliances. Thanks Jeff!!"

"He came on time and gave me his honest opinion on my washer problems. He told me it would cost me less to buy a new washer than to fix this one. He was extremely kind and offered solutions on where to shop that could save me money. He even called ahead before coming to let me know he was on his way. I valued his time and information he shares. Well worth the service call to have him here."

"Explained everything. Saved me money on repair. The cost for just coming out was a little high."
