He had no problem with me looking over his shoulder and explained what everything was once it was opened up. He called me immediately after I sent the request and came the next day. He was super polite and did a great job! I will absolutely call Michael if I have any other appliance problems in my house. Great customer service!!!!"

"I had Nate out because I smelled something electrical burning when I ran my 5 year old LG washing machine. He was running behind but called me to let me know. I appreciated the call. He was very considerate and respectful to my husband and I. We ran a short cycle but of course it wasnâ t going to smell with a repairman there. He looked all around the washer, climbed behind it, took off the back, and looked all over for burn marks or something melted. He even tried sniffing for a burn smell. He found nothing. He did explain why I may have overloaded the washer in a bulky cycle so I will watch it from now on. We were only charged a trip charge and he even APOLOGIZED for not being able to find a problem but he said he wasnâ t going to make up something just to get more money. "After checking with the gas company, it was determined that the gas leak was coming from inside my gas dryer. Cowboy Appliance arrived and this very cordial guy in a big cowboy hat stepped into my small laundry room to try and find the gas leak. He discovered a faulty regulator, went and got a factory replacement, installed, vacuumed out all the years of accumulated lint and everything is working perfectly. He was very personable and I like supporting a young company. He’s very conscientious about his work and I would use his services again for repairs needed. "
