The work was suppose to begin in March 2024. I sent an email to Cody weekly asking when our project would start. Every email response from Cody stated not this or next week. I tried speaking with Cody by calling the DRT office. I would leave a message with the secretary and never receive a call back. In May of 2024 I asked for a deposit refund because the company had not come to my home once to begin the work. Cody has given me the run around about refunding my deposit. After reporting this company to the Kansas Public Protection Division using the Kansas Consumer Protection Act I received a response from the company that said the company wants to keep some of the deposit! They never did any work, got caught trying to scam me, and now they want to try and keep some of the deposit? Avoid this company at all cost if you do not want to become a victim."
