"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. I was most impressed with Mike’s professionalism and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues."

"My computer malfunctioned at a crucial time so I contacted Geek, and Jack had unbelievable patience with me because I was near hysteria and inpatient. Jack worked quickly and thoroughly to resolve my problem and continuously kept me apprised of his progress. And upon completion of the repair, Jack walked me through short cuts and provided technical advice on optimizing my computer's function. If I could give Jack ten stars, I would in a heartbeat."

"Great guy. He replaced the hard drive on my computer at the kitchen table in about an hour. Very friendly and I highly recommend them. I gave him a second laptop to repair. Chuck A"

"Mark did an AMAZING job with us. We had some severe home computer issues that we couldn't troubleshoot. Mark came out within 90 mns of initial contact. He really had the complete package that you would want in a tech. He had the expertise to address our issues. He had the relationships with external parties (like the computer manufacturer and the computer retailer) to talk to people quickly and get things done. And he has a truly exceptional generosity of spirit and customer service orientation. He finds something to like in everyone and treats customers like family. Honestly, we never would have expected to find someone with the expertise, relationships, and out-of-this-world customer service orientation. Bravo Mark - we will always call Mark for help in any areas of his expertise, without the slightest hesitation."

"Service went very well.  Ira Goodberg was very helpful and easy to work with.  He was able to identify and fix problems with the computer and was very helpful in offering suggestions.

"Very knowledgeable. My OC crashed and my recovery key had not been attached to my microsoft account. He recovered my LocKey and restored my OS. He also upgraded my mechanical hard drive, which was old and causing the problems I was having, to a solid state drive. He also upgraded my ram to keep up with everything and cloned my old hard drive to my new one. While he was here he also reconnected my ring cameras. Yes he is Ring certified and diagnosed my problem with my outside camera systems to a bad monitor. I had an extra flat screen and he installed that also. One service call three jobs. Very versatile guy. Very personable. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends."

"I had an upgrade completed on my desktop , updated to a SSD and had a NAS drive connected and configured for streaming video files on my home network. The tech was also able to connect all my devices to wireless printer. Onsite tech very professional and knowledgable."

"Rick was able to upgrade my computer with a larger hard drive. Quick and reliable"
