Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Missouri City, TX

"I was given sufficient information by mgr Ignacio about the repair during the quote phase. The repair job done on the roof was done very professional. Ignacio pointed other things to be repaired like vents and preventive maintenance was done. Loose shingles in the entire roof were sealed. Yes, I recommend this company."

"Sunlite replaced my roofs in Katy and Galveston. They also replaced my siding, fascia, and soffits. They painted the exterior of my Katy home. They installed my back door. They’ve done a phenomenal job! The owner is a great communicator and trustworthy. I’d keep using them."

"I called M&M Roofing, Siding and Windows first about a new roof because I had used them previously in 2017 and 2008 for roofing related projects with good results. M&M Roofing’s initial evaluation was that my roof was still functional, had some maintenance issues, but close to the end of its service life. M&M provided quotes for both maintenance and full replacement. After, comparing M&M’s advice and replacement proposal with the advice and replacement proposals of three other highly rated companies, I selected M&M to do the job. I was not disappointed. The M&M representative’s advice throughout the process was consistently accurate and his communication was superb. M&M’s roofing crew was competent, quick, and thorough. Overall, I was very pleased with M&M’s performance, for a third time. I can recommend M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows without hesitation."

"First let me state, work was done when we (My area) had just had some severe weather a lot of people had had Roof damage and such due to Hail. That said, my B Ratings on the Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism are all very much influenced by this, as everyone was getting work done, there were no less that 5 different groups in my subdivision alone, on any given day, and the owner of the company, Tony, voiced this up front and gave me a longer lead time to get started. He was able to get to us faster than the original long lead he stated. When we did speak, Tony was friendly and professional, but he wasn't always easy to get hold of. When we had some items that weren't quite right, he had gotten it taken care of, without excuses and it was resolved quickly (and for note, none of the items were big things, just smaller things, for example, missing to paint the inside of the door way (framing) on the garage. Also note, this review is being written around 2 years after all work was done. So my A on Quality is not right after work was done, but in a 2 year tried and tested time frame, in which the work still looks great overall, and no problems areas have arisen. I had a lot done, and they did it in a good amount of time in comparison to my neighbors and friends roofing people, and, taking into considering the current workload and simultaneous jobs they had going at the time. Each job I had done was a different crew. Some were Great (Team that did the Fence) and Some were, less than great (Team that did the roof, which was what was currently in high demand at the moment). I did look over materials that were used, and all was exactly what was stated up front, and was all the name-brand material, in case anyone is curious. He also did NOT charge extra for two color paint use (trim and siding varied). Warranties were all good and at least 5 years for lowest (fencing) and considerably longer (I think 20-25 for roof) for other items. Overall I would recommend to use, and I will probably use again myself. I would expect the experience to be a firewall 5 (All A's) when next I choose to use them, as it won't be during a time that everyone and their mother are getting the same type work done."

"Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. They did not leave one piece of trash, shingle cuttings or nails in my driveway or yard. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Michael, owner of Roof Services. He is very honest and dependable and uses high quality materials which was very important to me. You will be very pleased just as I was."

"I called to make an appointment for an estimate and the gentleman came out to my house the same day! We scheduled for a couple days later and he arrived right on time! He pressure washed my driveway, sidewalks, back patio and side of house. The gentleman (Gearold) was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. We are VERY pleased with the results and will definitely be using their services in the future!! We would highly recommend their business!!"

"The overall experience from EMB was exceptional, roof was replace with no issues or concerns, In highly recommend EMB not only for your roofing needs but also tree service and home repairs"

"All Pro Roofing Services and crew did an outstanding job from start to finish! His quote was the best out of the three I got. He uses the best materials and explains everything in detail. His crew hand nailed the entire roof. This is the best way to have your roof done as the roofer can make sure that every single shingle tab is correct. He also uses a special type of roof under layment that is synthetic, no "felt paper" or "tar paper". This provides for a moisture barrier. He provides a fantastic warranty, and requires no down payment. He's been in business for a long time and now I understand why. He's down to earth, very humble person and I will recommend him to everyone I know. If your getting quotes from any other company, they are probably calling All-Pro to do the work. That's how good they are!"
