After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "This was an awesome experience. Kevin, the owner, came the same day I called. He was busy with a customer in Indianapolis but would come by at 6 PM. He is a Christian who you can trust to do an excellent job on any appliance he accepts. I had worked on my dryer checking all that I could and as soon as he came he went immediately to the heat sensor and within two minutes he knew exactly what was the problem. He did not have the part but said he would return when he had it. I paid him at that time which was well worth the charge. His fees are in line with the industry standard. Kevin has several years experience working with "Jerry's Appliance Repair" and he knows his business better than most other people working on these. He has seen it all and decided to leave working for Jerry's and start his own business. You can be assured that he will do the right job and that he takes pride in his work."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
