Junior Cardona was the installation technician and the projected arrival time was set for between 8 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Junior arrived by 8:45 a.m., completed the removal of the old wooden door and installed the new track and metal door and was done in less than 5 hours doing the whole job by himself which was very impressive!"

"I requested and received estimates, and talked with, several local dealers and 'big-box' stores. The estimate from Ichord Overhead Garage Doors was several hundred dollars less, and, even honored the Angie's List coupon, lowering the cost further. In a few moments talking with Mark, I knew he was the right choice. He turned out to be the ultimate professional. He was to the spot on time for both the measuring appointment and the installation. The day of the installation, there was a glitch at his suppliers, not having the doors ordered in stock. A switch was made to an upgraded door, but Mark stuck to his original estimate. He arrived on time, and said the job would be finished in the early afternoon. Again, spot on the timing, finishing in roughly five hours, i.e., slightly after noon. Another of our concerns was that the old doors and materials be recycled. Mark complied, even giving us the name of the recycling company. Everything, doors, new rails, new openers, wiring, safety sensors, and remotes, are now in, of good quality, and working quietly. We couldn't be more pleased with Mark and Ichord. On a five star rating, I would give him a ten, and highly recommend him to anyone."
