"Josue Salgado, of R and S Electric and Builders; came out on February 13th. He worked on a water leak I had. At the end of his completing the job, the leak was at minimal. Josue, told me it was residual water. I paid Josue a check #1635, in the amount of $550.00. I came out the next morning, the leak was back. I called Josue, informing him, I still had a water leak. Josue, returned on February 26th. I told him, I was still noticing leaking. He told me that was just drips from excess water, as there appeared to be a slower drip. I paid him an extra $60 in cash. On 27th; the leak was back in full stream. Josue had gone for the day and somebody in town fix replace the part."
