The initial diagnosis felt a bit rushed — without opening the panel, they suggested replacing extra parts that didn’t seem directly related. I would have more confidence if they had shown me the inside, explained the problem, and justified the parts needed, rather than leaning toward the higher-cost option. That said, the repair was completed quickly and the dryer is working again, so overall I’m satisfied with the service."

I called them at 12 o'clock pm and they said they would be there between three and six pm. the repair man was here promptly at 5:30 PM, diagnosednthe problem and fixed it within 15-20minutes. he was very understanding and professional. thanks to appliance man our refrigerator works again which means we don't have to throw out our food, and we won't have to shell out the extra bucks for a new fridge in the foreseeable future.
