"James came out and quickly and efficiently took out old toilet, replacing with a new one. Polite and got right to work. I was impressed with his skill and with the speed that he got the project done. Leaving everything nice clean and beautiful. "He arrived early, no problem for us and went right to work finding the tank and uncovering.  We had a riser installed  over 5 years ago so only a little gravel to rake aside.  He pumped the tank and reported that he found an area where cleaning sheets had accumulated.  He also found that the exit baffle was broken.  Took extra care to check the line and be sure there were no clogs.  Did not have the part needed for the repair so would pick it up and be back to repair it at the end of the day about 4.  Put the cover back on and went off to his next job.   Cost would be 175 for the repair.  He had a long day and got back about 8 that evening to complete the job.   When I looked out this morning when it was light every thing was back and you can't tell he was ever here the gravel is all raked in place.
This is the second time we have had A Affordable work for us.  They go above and beyond what they have to do so easy  to work with.   They are the only company I want to use.

"The job was well executed. Compliments to everyone at Speedy Septic. Hayden Buley was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I called several other septic system installers on listed on Angie's list who were either booked far into the future, or who did not respond to messages. Hayden made an appointment and came out to inspect the site as agreed and on time. He was very personable and professional. He set up a second meeting involving Mr. Rooter. He then provided an emailed cost estimate. One uncertainty in cost was whether the drain field needed to be replaced. This could not be determined until it was unearthed and inspected. Fortunately the drain field was still functioning well. A new distribution box was needed, and the drain field pipes were cleaned with the "Jetter" and all was well. The job took a little longer than planned due to bad weather. Our only winter snow and ice storms happened while the job was underway. We live on a fairly high hill and the snow and ice conditions were fairly bad, so I can't fault Speedy Septic for having the job take a little bit longer than planned. Then made sure that we had functioning toilets throughout most of the job, always when their work day was done. I'm happy to report that original cost estimate was very accurate. Compliments to all of the Speedy Septic and Mr. Rooter crew. They worked hard in some very cold and nasty weather to get the job done."

"Our existing septic tank was only a few years old, but the associated drainfield was failing and required replacement. Due to a small lot, our options were limited; but rather than a huge and unsightly bottomless sand filter, we opted for a less obtrusive (but expensive) treatment unit and pumps along with the needed replaced drainfield. "Nick evaluated the issue and suggested the most cost-effective solution. While Nick was present I mentioned my main sewer line may need replaced. Nick suggested contacting a company that does video inspections of a main sewer line. Following the inspection which identified root intrusion Nick viewed the video and mentioned a client who used an enzyme to clear out his main sewer line. I researched this solution and ended up using Green Gobbler Foaming Root Killer which should result in a $7000 savings on a sewer line replacement. I highly recommend Nick for any plumbing issue.
