"Our serviceman, Aaron cabled out 90 feet, then became stuck. Had to call for an auger and another cable to loosen and free up stuck cable. He then cabled in and out to 105' 10 times to remove roots and consumer products. My line is 80' so the problem appeared to be in the city sewer line. This was proven when another backup occurred on 7/21/2013. Aaron suggested callling the city to check their line. I did and the city worker found a blockage that had to be flushed out. Aaron came back on 7/23/2013 and videoed our line which turned out to be free of any blockage or damage. "I called them and was able to setup an appointment for the following afternoon. They quoted me a cheaper price if I found the cover and removed the dirt from it prior to arrival. With that done, he was quickly able to remove the cover and begin the job. He kept the pump truck on the driveway and simply ran a long hose to the back yard. Everything went smoothly. He replaced the cover when he was finished and left me to cover it back up, which is what I expected. In all, he was here for about 30 minutes. <br />"

"They bathroom sink was all plugged up and the bucket was dripping like crazy. They had to make about 3 trips but they did get it right the 3rd time. They did get it right, it was a difficult thing to find out where it was dripping. It wasn't exactly cheap, they didn't count for the 2 trips coming back cause they didn't get it the first time but I think it was somewhere around a couple hundred dollars all together cause I think they had to replace something. They had to replace a couple somethings. The service was great I mean the guy he would keep coming back until he got it fixed the same day. He kept coming back the same day from when he got through with another job, he came back 2 other times until he got it. He said "I'm gonna get this. Now I'm I know what it is." And so he got it fixed. But it did take those 3 times. I felt it was just a little bit overpriced, but we had no choice. I thought they were a little high priced but I knew they would be because they come the same day. I think in the past we have used them a couple of times for an emergency and it does cost more because they will come the same day. The guy was very professional in doing everything."
