"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"Phil is open to suggestions and ideas that the customer has and executes it beautifully and in a timely manner. We wanted the yard fenced in, but still wanted to see the wooded area and not feel 'boxed' in. We went with Pickets on the two sides for privacy and a California style fence-chain link bordered with wooden planks. In doing so, this opened up the landscape and are able to see in and past the yard. Phil did an awesome job! we have so many compliments from people in the surrounding area and has been in contact further asking if anything additional is needed. his prices a re reasonable, he puts in the work, very honest and will let you know if there is a better option for the longevity on the finished project. I can't speak highly enough of him and really has been a great contact to have with general contracting as well."

We had several quotes and referrals from multiple companies and Decks, Decks, Decks came out on top and for great reason. Al was our master craftsman on the deck construction and he is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word. The deck is very sound and constructed well. He would pay close attention to make sure every aspect of the construction was done with completeness and precision. I could not recommend Decks, Decks, Decks more!"

"Excellent, they replaced the complete roof (15 S.Q.) in just two days. The first day they worked even in the rain. Most people don't work that hard in that kind of weather on a wet roof. The second day it rained in the morning but by 9am they were up on the roof again they finished that afternoon and after they cleaned up there was not a piece of roofing material; nail; or any other trash on the ground. They not only did an excellent job in just two days but by the time they left you could not even tell they were here. The whole crew was very polite and always willing to answer a question. "the coming out and inspection of area was great and they sent the original quote in an agreeable, if not a little slow, time. however they missed one item of estimate which they corrected. however, when I requested they split the two room I was told they would but they never came at the agreed time. i called several times as i needed for the insurance, the price seemed reasonable and i was going to use, the person denied he agreed to re-quote each room on its own and told me unless i paid i was not receiving any quote. i am actually relieved, u think i dodged a horrible situation. i cannot recommend however it would not be fair to advise against using the company, as i think the paperwork and not the repair work is what they are lacking."

"Overall, Chris did good work at a good price. The repairs and updating took about 2 1/2 days. Everything looks great now that it is finished. Chirs was always punctual and professional. We will be having Chris out to do more work in the future."
