"Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

The problem started after installation when I attempted to have Brendan make a small adjustment. Cheryl, the receptionist/scheduler/office manager promised to get him out as soon as possible. Three (3) months later (after numerous telephone conversations with Cheryl) he showed up unannounced. Fortunately I was at home. The adjustment took 45 seconds. He told me he came over as soon as he was told of the problem. The price is extremely high but comparable to other companies offering the same services. Brendan showed up the day after I mailed a letter to owner Steve Fesler. Mr. Fesler ignored me completely. I at least expected a courtesy telephone call from him. I refuse to give repeat business to someone who cares so little about service."
