"Our home is over 220 years old, has horsehair plaster and our walls and floors are not level and he ceiling and walls were seriously damaged. Mike was able to provide us with a repaired ceiling and walls which resulted in a beautiful room."

"Kaydn repaired water damage in the ceiling. Sheetrock was replaced and it looks great. We really like doing business with Kaydn. He's polite, does what he says he's going to do, and was able to do the work quickly. We will continue to use him for other work."

"Adrian was great. Best experience we have ever had with a painter or any contractor. Going into the project, we had certain thoughts on how things should be done. Adrian listened attentively and respectfully and then offered his advice on how the project could be done better but without increasing the cost. He did excellent work and did it on time and on budget, leaving the job site much cleaner than he found it. We would not hesitate using Adrian again."

"Gage at KCM Construction has been great to work with. He came to my house within 24 hours, understood the problems much better than others, quoted me a fair price in writing on the spot, and had the work done within a week. After working to get another company to do the work for 3 months, this was a breath of fresh air. Also, there was some follow up inside work for when I was ready and I didn’t have to chase him down for that. He was very proactive in reaching out to me for a date. Whenever I called or texted him, he responded right back, even on the weekends. I endorse KCM Construction."

"

Everything went well, except the clean up.  The crew ran into some unexpected problems with our ceiling composition which I think created more plaster dust and ceiling debre than expected.  However, they did not seem equipped with enough drop cloths for even a normal job.  They did a cursory clean up job, but I had to spend a number of hours wiping plaster dust from everything in the room.

On the plus side our recessed lights are perfect and well done.
