"Isaac completed several projects for me in the last 6 months. Including painting and installing vinyl luxury flooring in 2 rooms, installing a storm door, weeding & mulching, fence post repair for privacy fence; removal of split rail fence and install of no maintenance picket fence, installing of outside Christmas lights, and install of insulation and pegboard walls in garage. He was very good about communicating on the jobs. He showed up when he said he would and would text if there was a delay. After the various jobs were completed, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I have referred him to friends who were also pleased- he installed a privacy fence for them."

With over ten years of residential maintenance, I am committed to ensuring that apartment complexes, townhouses, or housing communities are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

"Very happy with how my windows turned out. I really struggled with picking the color for both windows and the wrap. Neil Masten at Barrier Windows was so patient with me. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done!"

"So this review only lets me check one item of repair and not only was painting done, but repairing drywall, laying vinyl planking, building an exterior deck, refurbishing tired and weedy landscaping, power washing the siding. One of the hardest working people that get the job done, show up when they say they will, clean up after themselves, very particular with their work. They certainly get a high recommendation from me."

"Great job well done, thorough and professional."

"Shearer Home Improvement did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home! Total transformation! Finished the job in a timely manor and was very professional."

"Mike provided a quick response to my inquiry call and we arranged a date/time for him to do the work. He followed up via text on the service date and he arrived promptly. Although it was very cold with ice on the ground, he worked efficiently to repair the siding and downspout. It's been about 5 weeks since the repair and have had no issues. I appreciate the professionalism and will definitely call him in the future for other home repair / maintenance needs."

"It was great. They were professional, on time, they cleaned up after themselves, they were very respectful and they did a very good job."

"Will changed out 2 bathroom exhaust fans and a ceiling fan for me. He did an amazing job! Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be using his services again."

"He came to my mom's new house and hung a new door that has a doggy door for her pets to go in and out to the backyard. Everything went really well and he was very nice. The project was tricky because of how the door fit the frame but he got everything up without issue. He was a little late arriving, but just had another appointment run over. Overall we would definitely hire him again!"
