"From scheduling the appointment to the day of service, the professionalism of the Shine Bright staff was excellent. The gutter cleaning was performed by Nick who did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain how he would accomplish the job, showed areas of our gutters that needed repair and offered a solution. He left the areas below the gutters (all the way around the house) much cleaner than how he found them! Absolutely will hire them again and considering doing other services with them as well."

"Since I only needed a very small piece for my project, I was referred directly to the fabrication shop for a remnant. Donnie was extremely helpful in showing me what they had and in working out a very reasonable price. On the day they were cutting my granite, he sent me pictures asking my opinion and approval on what part of the slab I was most interested in for my piece, and he put me on the calendar on the day I requested for installation. The day prior to installation, we had a snafu with the cabinet makers, and Donnie did everything in his power to remedy the situation. The installers showed up on time and called in advance to let me know they were on their way, and they put in extra time and effort on site to work around the cabinet issues we had discovered the day before. This is the second time we have used Queen City Kitchens (Imported Stone when we used them to resurface our kitchen counters 3 years ago). They are a top notch operation, and a special shout out to Donnie and his installers for their promptness and their ability to help fix a less than ideal situation. We will definitely use them again!"

"Brian was truly a lifesaver. We detected a gas leak at my 80 year old mothers home on a Friday afternoon with a major winter storm headed our way. ACC plumbing was quick to respond to my request via Angis. In fact they were the only plumber to respond. Brian was able to pressurize the lines and locate 2 separate leaks. Once the leaks were repaired we were able to get her gas turned back on. Thankfully my mother was able to reheat her home before the storm hit. We are very thankful that ACC Plumbing was able to fix the problem and equally grateful that we were not overcharged for the service during a critical time. A good honest plumber is hard to find. Luckily we found ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!"

"John and his crew came out on a Friday after coming out for an initial visit to confirm the issues we were having. I needed to have a septic tank extractor pump replaced. In the difficult process or removing this pump, John also had to arrange to have our septic tank pumped out. The pump was difficult to install because of its location, and then right after they installed it, the bearings went out (faulty brand new pump). John called the supply house and made them stay open late so we would have functional plumbing over the weekend. They drove out, got another pump and then had to install the pump again. We also had them replace a downstairs toilet for us. Overall, they were punctual, polite and worked hard to make sure we were happy. We plan on having them come back out in install two other toilets."

"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. I am very pleased with this service and just texted my sister to call them for commode replacement. Thank you so much, Paul, for your professionalism, honesty, and kindness. "They did a couple of things. One was moving a bathtub drain. I was not all that pleased with it. The other thing was a couple of sinks. I guess I had installed the main part of the sink, and they were to go up underneath there and put in the U trap and all that stuff. I was kind of not all that pleased either. Now, on the second part, some of that stuff that had not been found out about until later. What I had noticed when he was putting in the stuff underneath, he had to take loose the p trap, and it goes into the wall. Well, he had used a tool to cut out part of the wall where it goes back in there, so he can get his pipe wrench to go around the nut and what that did was it left a wider hole. I didn't notice that until just a few months ago, really. A neighbor was downstairs which is where the half bath is. I had some folks there. They had the crawl space open, and I had the little cabinet door open underneath there and I saw the light. I said, where is that light coming from? Like I said, he put the tool and widened the hole and failed to cover it back up with something. With the original tool of the p trap devices that was on there, there's a silver cover over the hole that covers. He wanted to use his stuff. He widened the hole a little bit and he didn't cover it back up, he left a hole there. Therefore insects and whatever can get through it. I didn't go behind there and check. I had purchased a big deal; part of it was that. Then, I paid an additional sum also, which I thought was too high, but I let it go. I actually started to complain about it later because I was pretty upset about the choices. I only had one or two plumbers, but nobody's ever had a problem cleaning a slow drain. he claimed he was afraid to use a larger tool because it may do some damage. Nobody else said anything close to that. I said, I called a couple of plumbers before and it was like a two-second job, they just take that tool put a little pressure down there and it was done. So, he's trying to do it basically like I would do it by taking a plunger, taking the contraptions off and plunging it. Nobody has ever tried that before. After he had left, I did some work on it myself and I got it working better than he had. Overall, I wouldn't give him no more than a "C". On responsiveness, I mean when I called them; they came within a reasonable time. I would kind of be hesitant to use them again."

"Since Albert is a contractor and has the responsibility to clean up a job site...he did not complete the job as required.  In turn, I paid to have the debris removed for $157 and change.....Albert needs to remimburse me for the expense I incurred as a result of his failure to remove the debris as required by being a contractor.
