The project went extremely well and finished on time. The quality of the construction was excellent. Fred?s workface is well trained and had good supervision. My home is (72) years old and there were a few surprises to work around. Fred was able to find a plumber who was skilled at re-working old plumbing. The floor in my kitchen wasn?t level but Fred found a way to correct this. Every time he had a surprise we talked about it and found a way to work thru the challenge. Fred is good at listening and collaborating. My kitchen is everything I wanted it to be. The price was fair for the work I had done. If I ever build another thing Fred will be the first man I call.

"Home improvement can be nerve-wracking. Ruiz Enterprises made it GREAT! Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. Catalino and Mollie really cared about our satisfaction and comfort througout the process! The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own. I loved that Mollie offered that option from the get go. It allows you be more or less hands-on, according to your own comfort level."
