When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own.
