"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"The incident occurred on a Wednesday and by the following Wednesday--through the weekend--everything was completely restored. We had guests arriving Thursday night, and they could not tell that anything had happened in that room (except maybe for the light smell of fresh paint). Regarding the details of the remediation: The carpet, padding and wood slats that secure the carpeting were exposed and hot air was pumped into the effected areas to dry them. The carpeting is on the high-end, and we were glad it did not need to be replaced. An industrial humidifier was installed. The carpeting was stretched back, re-secured and cleaned. The wallboard was removed, along with the molding, then replaced, spackled and repainted. We knew restoration to a "like brand new" condition was unrealistic, and Atlantic Cleaners had informed us of this. But we are very happy with the "close enough" results.

"Steve/American Stone are true professionals who will work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work.  We went to so many disappointing yards and shady fabricators before finally landing on the goldmine that is American Stone.  It is full of incredible remnants at fantastic prices.  Out of all the yards we visited, his was by far the biggest with the best colors.
After we picked out the slab, Steve came by personally to measure the space.  It was fabricated the next day and installed the day after.  The turnaround was incredibly fast at no cost to the craftsmanship.  Most importantly, the countertop is STUNNING.  Words cannot describe it... you have to see it in person.  Steve had a great eye for placing the designs just right for the countertop and backsplash.  He was also incredibly communicative and accommodating throughout the whole process.  There was a misunderstanding about the type of faucet (4 in vs 8 in) we had and Steve took it upon himself to reimburse us for the difference when we had to buy new faucets.  We had some trouble installing the faucets because of our sink's very thick flange.  Steve called on his men to come the next day to drill the faucet holes more so we could install the faucets at no cost to us.  Steve and all of his employees were courteous and professional at every step of the process.  I could not recommend them more highly and will definitely be returning to American Stone for all my future stone needs!

"They were punctual arriving at a bit after 8am. They were very friendly and got to work quickly and moved quickly throughout the day. The trim wasn't cut to match the other trim in the house, which I'll have to get over. I also wanted to reuse some previous trim on smaller windows which unfortunately was not fully taken advantaged of resulting in a window not being completed. They also cut and put up a door, which was done to my satisfaction. I understand there was limited time, but the second handyman was more of an apprentice then someone who can be delegated a task. So because of that and the fact that they didn't clean up after themselves, I don't believe 31 dollars an hour for each worker was the deal and service I was expecting."
