They right away schedule their supervisor to come out and redo it - stripped the new, poorly done finish and re-coated the tub, re-caulked, etc. This all happened yesterday, with him making a second trip out today to inspect and caulk today (Saturday). I am so pleased with the quick response, the insistence that my first experience wasn't acceptable, and Elvis's attention to detail and work ethic. "Queen City Pressure Washing built my front porch/deck working with local building inspector from pre-build approval through final product at a cost of 40% what another local contractor quoted me and that was using over 50% composite instead of all treated wood which what was the other contractor's plan . The lead man on the job was very personable and showed me several times details of how strong the deck would be engineered with support beyond standard requirements .  We are very happy with both the appearance of the deck and how solid it is now 14 months after completion. Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!
