"Johnson and Sons have done remodels for out kitchen (in 2016) and two bathrooms (2021 and 2022). I don't think we would ever use another contractor. First of all, Vic Johnson is an excellent communicator, giving helpful advice and ensuring that all parties understand what will be done, the budget, the timeline, etc. The work that he and his team do is of top quality. The one time we were unhappy with a counter, Vic redid the work at no additional charge to us. The subcontractors that he uses as part of his team are all top-notch. In addition, after the work is done, he is always available to help on a timely basis with whatever questions or follow up we have needed, even if it's not directly related to the work they did."

"Johnson Custom Builders performed the initial design work on a home addition to add a “Mother in Law” apartment. My only stipulations were it must have: separate entrance, separate kitchen and separate bathroom. The lot size presented problems and access issues. JCB presented a solution that took into consideration that only his experience could foresee: building codes, drainage and aesthetics."

Even with the changes to the scope of work, Andrew and his team made good on the timeline of the project, completing everything in 3-4 months as promised when we started. The layout and design of the remodel and addition have surpassed our expectations, everything that we did has really made our home both more beautiful and more functional. I would highly recommend Treiber Building and have done so to several family members and colleagues at work. The experience was as positive as I couldâ ve hoped and the results are outstanding."

The mess was not minor by any means. My dad had Alzheimers and my my mom was recovering from a major car accident and also has cancer. "We had a great experience with Gashin Empire. Ilya was recommended to us by friends who had remodeled their bathrooms. We worked with him to develop our scope and to answer all questions before signing the contract. He was very helpful in the planning stage and made suggestions for efficiencies, (such as resurfacing the bathtub instead of replacing it). His team showed up as scheduled and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive - just realistic and fair), and the quality of the work was excellent.
