"I could not be more satisfied with the guys. They were on-time (2 days) in fixing my computer and only charged 1/2 hour. They were great in communicating what was going on during the repair process. It should be noted that I am fairly good at fixing computer problems myself and spent many hours trying fixes on the internet which did not work. I am truly amazed they fixed the problem so quickly. "Mark is our go-to guy for any computer problems. <br /> He responded by phone immediately trying to walk me through several attempts to recover.  When the attempts failed he came right over to our home to diagnose the problem. The problem was not recoverable.  He took the computer and repaired and installed a new and better operating system overnight and downloaded our Carbonite recovery files.  Thankfully we had Carbonite. <br /> He brought the computer back the next morning and re-installed it and spent all time we needed to make sure all worked again. <br /> Mark is personable, patient, and responsive.  We couldn't ask for a better resource.   <br />"

"My husband and I were very pleased with Eric. He was able to come to our home the very next day after my call to look at our computer. Our computer had the dreaded blue screen! Eric drove about an hour to get here but did not charge us anymore than he normally would. He actually got into our area about a half hour earlier than planned and called to get permission to arrive early. Eric went straight to work and chatted with us during his testing. He ran some diagnostic tests on our computer and discovered that the computer was not repairable. Thank goodness we always back everything up on a disc. Eric is very professional and personable. My husband and I really enjoyed talking with him. He advised us about what to do with our dead computer and also some ideas on purchasing a new one.
