"A&D did excellent work from start to finish, from remediating and drying the flooded areas to repairing and restoring the damaged areas. My wife and I were impressed by the close communication throughout the process: we always knew who would be coming to the house, when they would be coming, and what they would be doing. At the outset, they said the remediation and repair would take up to six weeks, and it actually took about four, beating their timeline by two weeks. The work was high quality throughout - they promised everything would look as it did before the accident, and they delivered. We would definitely use them again."

"I called him ahead of time what I needed to have done. I asked if I purchased mulch if they would spread it. I purchased the mulch. They showed up and did not have the proper equipment. They had to borrow my wheel barrow. I asked them to tear out a few invasive weeds. They eventually started cutting them down instead of tearing them out which I could have done myself. I was not satisfied with their work. Once they showed up, they immediately asked for a fee for hauling everything away. I think they are more of a yard work company than a landscaping company."

Crew arrived about four hours late, causing me to miss a full day of work when a half day would have sufficed. On the plus side, the work was completed on the scheduled date, one day ahead of closing on the property. Work was generally acceptable (especially the roof work) but I might have been more particular about the truss had I not been selling the house. The crew did not clean up after themselves inside the home (left sawdust and minor debris for me to sweep up after they left)."
