"Ed and his crew came out to figure out where my problem was with my sewer line. They had to dig up the sewer line to find out why it was backing up. Once they were able to see the pipe we discovered that one of the utility lines had drilled their cable line through my sewer line causing me the problem. Ed called out the correct officials to determine who was responsible so that I would be able to file a claim for his services. We determined that it was in fact connected to ATand T. I'm still waiting to hear from someone at ATand T in the claims department. However, Ed and his crew did a GREAT job in a desperate time of need. He removed the old hose and setup and replaced everything with all-new parts. He drilled a new hole in the floor so that the hose would be lined up right.
