"The entire remodel was done in 3 weeks.  All of the subs had worked for the contractor for many  years, and did an excellent job.  They took the time to explain what they were doing, how long it would take, what, if any options I still had, came back until everything met my satisfaction.  It was very apparent that the subs knew each other and worked well together, to ensure timelines were met, and the work progressed in an orderly fashion.
I met the contractor through a friends recommendation.  I recommend anyone interested in a contractor to interview this team, ask for references, and even go to some of their clients finished projects.
The result exceeded my expectations.  Every visitor, including service people, all say Wow, when they enter my condo.  The whole affect is very classy.

"Greatly exceeded our expectations! Based on our initial conversation with Jaye, he provided several drawings so we could get an idea of how what we ask for would actually look -- very helpful. The project included tearing out an older dog shower, replacing an exterior door to the room, replacing roll tile with ceramic tile, and adding storage cabinets and granite counter tops. Also, he relocated some plumbing fixtures and an electrical outlet so they would be more accessible for the new (not built-in) dog shower. Finally, he replaced the sink, repainted the room and did a number of other tasks -- too many to list. Jaye was extremely professional. Over the period of the project, he arrived precisely when he said it would, kept the work area spotless, and hauled away the debris each day.
